Twelve years of Pole Position

A small team, Luke, Toni and Jack, now in a new home on the York Road Industrial Estate.

  1. 1 September 2014

    We opened

Our very first day open, and the start of everything since.

  2. Mid-October 2025

    Jack joined the team

“Having another mechanic has reduced our waiting times and allows a little bit more wiggle room for any emergency repairs.”

  3. End of 2025

The move to our new unit

We moved into our new workshop on Riccal Drive.

  4. July 2026

A trip to America with Snap-on Tools

“I'm very lucky to have had the opportunity to visit america with snap on tools.” Toni and Jack kept things running while we were away.

  5. 1 September 2026

    12 whole years

“We're older, wiser and with a few more grey hairs but still as passionate as that very first day and still pushing ourselves to grow.”

What our customers say

4.9 from 28 reviews on Google

“Known Luke for many years now and always go to him for services and mot's. My partner and I now live in Doncaster and we STILL go to him for all our vehicle needs, even with a garage half a mile down the road! No other mechanic is as good or as fair as Luke!”

“Best place to take your car to in Malton area, Luke is a very honest guy and very knowledgeable, wouldn't take my car anywhere else”
Daniel Chalk, Google review, 2 months ago
“Luke has been looking after our cars for a few years now. He has always been very professional and really knows what he is doing. Always a first class job done on time at a very reasonable price. Trustworthy and honest and that cant be said about many car garages.”
Neil Marshall, Google review, 5 years ago
“Can’t recommend Luke enough! When the car decided to have a fault the week before our holiday he took it in and turned it around with a day to spare before we were due to go very happy with the service and will be going there from now on. Friendly and nice to see a clean garage. Thanks once again”
